It's always fun to find potential in things you have laying around. I have been storing all our weekly newspapers and advertisements in a fruit crate, but I had grown tired from its look and wanted to give it a makeover. Since I'm very fond of note sheet paper, I decided to cover it with that. I used a simple decoupage technique and just cut pieces of paper and glued them to the crate.
It's an easy project and you can apply this technique to any wood surface and it will look great. Allthough the crate was meant for all the newspapers, I have been storing my alpaca yarn in it. The colors looks so great together :)
Have a great Friday! /Sussi
